I was completely flabbergasted when I heard about this movie, "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" (3-Oct release). I'm hoping the same thing that happened with "101 Dalmatians" doesn't happen when this movie comes out. I am the caregiver to a Chihuahua and they are high maintenance dogs - especially the very small ones. If you want a Chihuahua, or any dog (cat, rabbit, horse, etc.) for that matter, please adopt and go to petfinder.com. Petfinder is where I found my Chihuahua, Bambi, over 4 years ago. You simply enter in the desired breed, sex, age, and your zip code and it lists all the animals that fit your criteria in local animal shelters. Or simply go to your local rescue website.Remember, don't buy - adopt!
